What this website collects

The consultation form asks for your name, business name, email, business type, workflow problem, and message. Phone number and approximate monthly inquiry volume are optional. Please do not include sensitive customer information.

Realtor Content Kit inquiries

The content kit form collects name, email, brokerage or team, package choice, content type, footage readiness, project description, and contact acknowledgement. Phone and target date are optional. No footage or documents are uploaded. Inquiries use the configured server-side contact webhook only; local contractor onboarding does not receive them. Without a webhook, nothing is sent or saved. These inquiries do not subscribe you to marketing emails. Footage transfer, AI/editing providers, permissions, storage, retention, and deletion terms require owner review and client agreement before material is transferred.

Why the details are requested

The details are used to respond to your consultation request and understand your business workflow. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional sequence. There is no preselected marketing consent.

What happens when you submit

This version is a local preview. Live form delivery is not configured. The form can check details in your browser but does not send or save them. Direct requests to the unconfigured submission endpoint receive an unavailable response, not a success message.

Storage and service providers

Static preview does not send or save submissions. If Cloudflare request handling is enabled, contact, audit, and content-kit details are saved in Cloudflare D1 as separate request types with Requested status, a random reference, and duplicate protection. Operator alerts contain a reference and request type, not the message. Notification acceptance does not prove anyone has read it. The form discloses the configured retention period and privacy contact. Provider backups may retain copies under their own policies. Hosting location is not yet verified, and Canadian-only hosting is not claimed.

Audit requests and calculator inputs

Without configured request handling, audit entries stay only in the current page memory. If Cloudflare handling is enabled, the storage rules above apply. Failed or unavailable submissions do not claim success. The calculator runs in the browser. Its business inputs and results are not sent to HMD Systems, stored in browser storage, attached to audit requests, or included in analytics. Navigating away or reloading clears unsent form and calculator state.

Technical information

The server uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit submission attempts. Raw IP addresses and form contents are not included in routine application logs. Local rate limits expire after 15 minutes and clear on subsequent requests or restart. Cloudflare intake uses persisted keyed hashes, with expired buckets cleared on subsequent accepted requests. A future hosting provider may keep separate request logs under its own policies.

Discovery call bookings

The discovery-call button opens Cal.com. Booking details you enter there are handled by Cal.com and the connected calendar and meeting providers under their policies. No appointment is created by submitting an HMD Systems enquiry form. Cal.com privacy information.

Cookies and third-party tracking

No analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, third-party chat widgets, or tracking cookies are added by this website. Fonts and page assets are served locally. Enabled live forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for security checks, which contacts Cloudflare and processes technical information under its policies. Access, correction, and questions

Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information. State that it is a privacy request and include only the details needed to identify your earlier enquiry. Provider retention and legal obligations may affect what can be deleted.
